Shipping costs vary and are visible at checkout.
At present our website will only allow you to checkout if your shipping address is registered in the UK, US or selected European countries. If you are shopping from outside of these regions please do send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to get the item shipped to you.
We aim to deliver most UK orders within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 1pm on a Thursday may not be processed until the following Monday.
US and European orders will usually be delivered within 5 business days, depending on the state/country. Orders placed after 1pm GMT/BST on a Thursday may not be processed until the following Monday.
Some of our Relove brand partners ship their products directly. This means that you may receive your order in more than one parcel and at different times. In addition, they use different shipping partners that may take a little longer to deliver your order.
To ensure you receive your Reluxe order in the best condition possible, we have partnered with UPS.
If you have a query relating to an order which has already been placed, please email email@example.com with your order number and/or tracking and we will revert with next steps as soon as possible.
It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the UK, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
