Shipping costs vary and are visible at checkout.
UK shipping is currently free for orders over £150 and is priced at £5.95 for orders under £150. US Shipping is charged at $31.25 and is free for orders over $600.
At present our website will only allow you to checkout if your shipping address is registered in the UK, US or selected countries. If you are shopping from outside of these regions please do send an email to email@example.com and we will do our best to get the item shipped to you.
If you are shopping from outside of the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Each country has a different tax threshold/structure for imports from the UK and any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. You will receive an email from UPS (or one of our other shipping partners) to settle any outstanding fees before they are able to deliver your parcel.
It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the UK.
Since Brexit we have become aware that taxes and duties within the EU have increased dramatically and so we do urge customers to look into the rules and regulations for your shipping destination before placing an order.
We aim to deliver most UK orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 1pm on a Thursday may not be processed until the following Monday.
US and European orders will usually be delivered within 5 business days, depending on the state/country. Orders placed after 1pm GMT/BST on a Thursday may not be processed until the following Monday.
Some of our Relove brand partners ship their products directly. This means that you may receive your order in more than one parcel and at different times. In addition, they use different shipping partners that may take a little longer to deliver your order.
To ensure you receive your Reluxe order in the best condition possible, we have partnered with UPS.
