Item Conditions

While we understand that some pre-loved items may have been subject to gentle wear and tear, we only accept pieces that fall into following five categories:

  1. Never Worn, with Original Tags
  2. Never Worn
  3. Very good condition
  4. Good condition
  5. Fair condition

1. Never Worn, with Original Tags

An item classed as ‘Never Worn, with Original Tags’ has never been worn, has all original tags in place, and is in perfect condition.

  • No defects
  • Presence of original tags or labels (you must attach photos of these)
  • No modifications or alterations
  • Does not belong to the Lifestyle category

2. Never Worn

An item classed as ‘Never Worn, with Original Tags’ has never been worn, and is in perfect condition.
  • No defects
  • No modifications or alterations
  • Must not have been washed
  • Does not belong to the Lifestyle category 

3. Very good condition

An item in ‘Very good condition’ has hardly been worn and is very well maintained.

If the item has slight flaws (see examples below), they must be mentioned in the description and be visible in photos.

  • Slight defects from use
  • Any modifications or alterations must be mentioned in the description
  • No spots or sweat marks
  • No holes, tears, pilling or pulled threads
  • No discolouration
  • No missing parts (eg. belt, strap etc.)
  • No odours

Examples of acceptable flaws (on a case-by-case basis):

  • 1 or 2 small pulled threads.
  • Light micro-scratches only on jewellery and watches 

4. Good condition

An item in ‘Good Condition’ has been worn, but is well maintained.

If the item has flaws, these must be mentioned in the description and be visible in photos.

  • No holes, tears, pilling, sweat marks, sticky sections, punctured or torn corners, worn-out material or odours.
  • Modifications or alterations must be mentioned in the description

Examples of acceptable flaws (on a case-by-case basis):

  • Small spots, small snags, small pulled threads, light pilling
  • 1 or 2 small pulled threads
  • Light micro-scratches only on jewellery and watches. 

5. Fair condition

An item in Fair Condition has been frequently worn and may have flaws.If the item has flaws, these must be mentioned in the description and be visible in photos.
  • No sticky material, punctured or torn corners, large tears, worn or thinning fabric, holes, odours
  • Modifications and alterations, must mentioned in the description
Examples of acceptable flaws (on a case-by-case basis):
  • Some wear
  • Pulled threads
  • Pilling
  • Snags
