1. It Begins at Home...
If you have over 10 pieces that you would like to sell, and live in London, please enquire at concierge@reluxefashion.com to book an in-home appointment with one of our Reluxe Concierge Team.
If you have fewer than 10 pieces, or are based outside of London, we’re happy to arrange a video call with a Reluxe Concierge who can assist you virtually.
For 1-2 items please email us clear pictures of the pieces you would like to sell at concierge@reluxefashion.com. We will respond with details of how best to get your items safely to us.
Have a look at the Brands we Accept to help you edit the pieces you would like to sell. We’re always available to answer any questions that you might have.
2. Authentication and Valuation…
Once your items arrive at Reluxe HQ, you will receive an email confirming receipt. We will then start work on the authentication and valuation of each item. Reluxe will confirm pricing and potential earnings with you before expertly photographing your pieces, for listing for sale on Reluxe Fashion and beyond.
3. Selling and Earning…
Reluxe really will do all the work for you! We deal with the sales process from beginning to end, including all communications, shipping and returns. Once a month you will receive a summary of pieces sold. You will receive payment in the month following the purchasers 14-day potential returns period. Funds will be deposited straight into your bank account.
The more you sell, the more you earn.
